How does it work?

Realize & Release 
Through remedial massage, you will experience sensations of relief as we release areas of your body that have been asking for your attention. Some of them you will already be very aware of if you are in pain, but you may be surprised by others! As we work along your fascial lines, unwinding the patterns of tension, you will begin to realise how everything is connected and become more aware of how your body is trying to communicate with you.

Rewire & Recondition
Through corrective exercise, you will become aware of your biomechanical patterns — the sequence in which your body moves to perform an action — and about neuromuscular connection (how the brain talks to the tissues). Through a tailored program specific to your needs, you'll begin to recognise which of your patterns are not functioning optimally, rewire the way you move and recondition both your brain and body to communicate more effectively.

Remember & Reframe 
Through explorative meditation, you'll find connections between your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. As we gently work deeper, the universe inside you reveals itself. You'll develop a grounded understanding of what you need in order to heal in all the ways you need to heal — remembering where the conditioning began, and reframing your perspective to support you as you move forward.
