Healing is not a single destination; it's a deep remembering of who you are underneath the conditioning, chaos, and coping.

This wheel represents the sacred elements that support true self-healing: identifying the need for change/ growth and alignment between our thoughts, feelings and actions towards it.

Energy Practice- Where we tap into our internal 'wiring' and assessing where the energy is and isn't flowing

Curiosity- Noticing something feels off and wanting to explore

Meditation- Sitting with ourselves long enough to hear the answers to the questions we are asking

Intuition- Building trust our internal guidance system and learning to differenciate between ego and higher self

Meaningful Action- Taking what we learn with internal practice and authentically expressing it within our external world

Purpose- Having a strong sense of our 'why' for all that we do

Seeking Community- Actively cultivating or integrating ourselves within our tribe. To give and gain support, love and unity

These practices are a pathway home to yourself.

Some days, one may call louder than the others. Trust that. Healing doesn’t have to be linear or perfect. It simply asks for your presence and willingness to listen.

As you explore this wheel, ask yourself: which part have I been ignoring? Which one is quietly asking for my attention? Let this be a loving reminder: you are whole, and your healing unfolds one aligned step at a time. 🌞💫
